There's no reason to worry about the safety and security of your backed up information. While your backup data is in transit, the connection is encrypted for security. Once your files arrive at our Tucson servers, the data is encrypted while stored on the drive. Won't the First Backup Take Weeks?

If you have a significant amount of data to backup, it can often take days or weeks to reach our Tucson backup servers. In order to speed up the process, Xcentech offers the option to have a hard drive sent to you to start the first backup. If you are not comfortable with the backup process and/or do not want to be responsible for a backup drive in your possession, we can send one of our trained backup technicians to your place of residence or business to start the initial backup for you.
