On-Site Services
On-Site Services
We provide on-site repair and consultation for any project for both residential and business customers throughout Tucson and surrounding areas.
Flat Rate Services:
The standard on-site rates are as follows:
Home Users:GET SUPPORT NOW!
$70 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
After the first hour, time is billed in half hour increments of $35 per half hour.
Business Users:GET SUPPORT NOW!
$85 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
After the first hour, time is billed in half hour increments of $42.50 per half hour.
Trip Charges:
- No trip charge to locations within the Main Service Area.
- $1.25 per one-way mile per incident* from our offices to any location outside the Main Service Area but still within the Extended Service Area. A one-way mile is defined as the total number of miles from our office to the location ONLY one way. See Service Area below.
*An incident is defined as the collective time spent and/or pickups, trips, and deliveries it takes to resolve the issue(s) for which we were originally called out. Once the final invoice is signed, the next time we come out (except for warranty work) is considered a new incident.
