As an added service for our valued customers, we provide computer removal services that comply with EPA disposal regulations related to electronic equipment.* You may not know it, but your computer and other related electronic gadgets actually contain chemicals deep inside their components that are an environmental hazard if disposed of improperly. We can take your outdated and broken equipment off of your hands after we perform any new computer setup, networking, upgrade, or related services. Rest assured that your electronic waste will be properly disposed of at a computer and electronic waste recycling center.

Residential Customers

Depending on the number of items being dropped off, you may bring your computer and other technology items into our store for recycling. For our Tucson residential customers, we now offer FREE hard drive wiping services when you drop off your old computers. Certain e-waste restrictions do apply to drop-offs and large quantities, so it is best to Contact Us first.

If we tell you that we cannot accept your drop off, you can visit the City of Tucson's Household Hazardous Waste web-page at www.tucsonaz.gov/hhw/ for information about more hazardous materials and Tucson city drop-off locations.

Is your computer still working?

We accept drop-offs of computers that are still working and we still offer our FREE hard drive wiping services. For computers that still turn on, we may refurbish them or recycle them depending on various factors that are evaluated on a case by case basis. However, as long as your computer has had its hard drive wiped or removed, another viable option is to donate your used and unwanted computers to any Tucson or Pima County donation center of the following organizations:

• Salvation Army
• Goodwill
• The Brewster Center
• Pima County Computer Recycling
